I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed my choice. Everyone was kind and accommodating. The venue was set in the very central position just off the train station and water bus stop, PIAZZALE ROMA and public transport and other amenities.

had a wonderful stay in this hotel. cheap room, neat complete with a new microwave in the breakfast room, a great view, for example, loved it. the location was favourable, relatively close to dorsoduro.
We expected that there would be lift, but we didn't find it.

All good - we loved this smart hotel - the food was appetising and the staff were accommodating. The breakfast was included. Its location within walking distance of a wide canal was great. You guys made our stay really comfortable.

The place was spotless and staff were courteous, I enjoyed ideal location. Room was recently refurbished, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast with cheese, hot waffles and eggs was absolutely superb. Also, saint mark's square was easily accessible, set only 1 km away. Personalised service, excellent value for money, just what was needed.

The hotel was clean, and I enjoyed an INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE location. The staff made it superb for me, they were so really polite. Room was themed, the pool was covered. Lots of food at continental breakfast including eggs, cheese, tea, coffee and hot waffles to order.

The place was good value. Tidy, pleasant hotel in a picturesque location. We stayed for 1 night here, loved San Polo district. Absolutely fabulous view, a roomy balcony, super bed, too. Green gardens on the territory. Moreover, we parked nearby.
